President Masoud Pezeshkian, in a gathering with political, social, and cultural activists in Ahvaz — the capital city of the southwestern province of Khuzestan — on Wednesday evening, called upon the Iranian people to unite and collaborate in developing their country to foil the wicked plans of enemies who intend to take advantage of internal disputes in Iran.
This was earlier confirmed when he entered the province on that very day, having completed his third official visit since the commencement of his term in late July.
The foes think Iran is now at a bad stage and wants to use the fights and gaps inside the country. He stressed the need for working together to make Iran strong and stop the baddies' ideas.
In the words of president.ir, Pezeshkian said that many issues and deficiencies in the country are due to conflicts and self-centeredness. He stated that it is very important to realize that everybody is part of a collective and to attain real success, one must work with understanding and compassion.
The president warned that if these matters are not attended to, "the enemies will take every opportunity to strike at us," and could use the rifts in Iran for their own benefits. Pezeshkian noted, emphasizing that such a situation presents grave dangers for "our ethnic and cultural identities" and for all those elements which contribute to fostering unity throughout the country.
It was thus president who pointed out the necessary steps to take in solving the problems that are currently facing the company, by updating the management practices and creating a teamwork atmosphere.
On the challenges in Khuzestan Province, he said, "It requires concerted efforts from all parties to resolve the issues." He added that the administration was ready to give power to those who could implement suitable solutions if only political factions were sidelined and something done for the benefit of the country.
